We believe meditation is a brilliantly simple way to find peace, contentment and wisdom in everyday life, and all by just taking some time out and tuning in to our inner resources rather than having to search outside ourselves for answers.

 Meditate Now is your one-stop shop for meditation courses, classes and events in London. It’s a time-saving search engine to help you pinpoint what’s on near you and at a time and date that works.

Mindfulness, Buddhist, Zen Buddhist, Soto Zen Buddhist, argh, I don’t know where to start?

In our ‘Learn’ section, we outline and explain the many different meditation practices so that you can decide what’s best for you.

Meditation comes in lots of different forms. While the destination is the same, there are many different paths to get there.

How do I know what’s any good?

This is a place where you can read reviews of things others have tried, leave reviews of things you’ve tried, and get new ideas from. We hope you’ll keep coming back.

I’ve been meditating on an app, why would I go to a class?

Apps have done a brilliant job of introducing people to meditation in the last few years. However, if you’re like one of the many we’ve talked to then you’re probably ready to take it to the next level.

 We believe that means going offline, stepping away from the phone and feeling the power of a group of fellow humans meditating together. Try it, it’s powerful and it’s fun, and besides, it doesn’t feel quite right trying to disconnect while using your phone does it?

I’m not quite ready to do a class but I want to keep informed.
